Configuring the distribution queue in an open line

Setting up distribution of incoming messages to employees in Bitrix24

1. Go to the Contact Center section and find the tile with our WhatsApp app on it

   

2. Select the line that is linked to the number and click Configure

   

3. lick on the + icon and add the employees you want and choose the distribution strategy you want to use

   

4. Save your settings

5. Done 👍
