# Configuring the distribution queue in an open line

1. Go to the Contact Center section and find the tile with our WhatsApp app on it<br>

2. Select the line that is linked to the number and click Configure<br>

3. lick on the + icon and add the employees you want and choose the distribution strategy you want to use<br>
