# How to disable welcome message from open line in Bitrix24

#### Go to Contact Center, click on the tile with Whatcrm WhatsApp and select the connected open line

#### Click Configure&#x20;

#### Go to the Auto Actions tab&#x20;

#### Uncheck the "Send greetings" box  and Save settings
