Installation of WhatsApp integration in Bitrix24 and connecting the number to the widget

1. Open Bitrix24 Marketplace and enter the name of the application "Whatcrm" in the search field. Select WhatsApp from the list and click Install.

   

2. Check the boxes confirming that you have read the license agreement and privacy policy and click Install.

   

3. Once installed, click the Open Application button.

4. Click the Create Connection button.

   

5. Go to the watsapp app / link device / and scan the QR code of your connection

   

6. In the connection settings, select the desired open line, or create a new line by clicking the Add New Line button and click Save.

   

   After following these steps, you have successfully connected WhatsApp to your bitrix24 account. Now you can communicate with your clients through this popular messenger😊
