# Installation of WhatsApp integration in Bitrix24

1. Open [Bitrix24 Marketplace](https://www.bitrix24.eu/apps/) and enter the name of the application "**Whatcrm**" in the search field. Select WhatsApp from the list and click **Install**.<br>

2. Check the boxes confirming that you have read the license agreement and privacy policy and click Install.\ <br>

3. Once installed, click the Open Application button.

4. Click the **Create Connection** button.\ <br>

5. Go to the watsapp app / link device / and scan the QR code of your connection\ <br>

6. In the connection settings, select the desired open line, or create a new line by clicking the Add New Line button and click **Save**.<br>
