# Mailing list in Bitrix24

Make sure you have access to the SMS marketing module in Bitrix24. If you do not have access, contact your Bitrix24 administrator to activate it.

1. Go to the Marketing section in the left menu of Bitrix24.
2. In the menu that opens, select SMS marketing.
3. Click on the Add Newsletter button.
4. Enter the name of the mailing list and select the contact group you want to send the SMS to
5. In the Message Text field, enter the text of your SMS message
6. Select the connected WhatsApp/Telegram number as the provider
