Setting up Domain Permissions for Whatcrm with Bitrix24 (Boxed Version)

For our application to work correctly with your boxed version of Bitrix24, you need to configure permissions for certain domains and reinstall the integration. This article presents the steps that need to be followed.

Required domains and IP addresses

  1. Files:

  1. WhatsApp Avatars:

  • pps.whatsapp.net

  1. Our domains:

  • web.whatcrm.net

  • app.whatcrm.ru

  1. Incoming traffic to the portal (REST API):

The server's IP address:

  • 95.217.166.28

    b24telegram.whatcrm.net

  • b24whatsapp.whatcrm.net

    72.60.140.68

  1. Please make sure that read access to the /pub folder and the file is open. im.file.php

Setup Steps:

  1. Add the specified domains to the list of allowed domains on your server.

  2. Allow incoming traffic from the specified IP address.

  3. After making the changes, reinstall the integration.
