# Settings for the Chat widget from Whatcrm

1. Log into your personal account, go to the "Widgets" section and go to the "Widget Settings"

2. In the "General" section, you can change the name of the widget.

3. Select the connection and pay for it.

4. Specify the address of the website where the online chat will be displayed.

5. Choose a mandatory registration form for your clients (it can be either just a name or just a mailbox)

6. Set up an online chat schedule.

7. Set up an automatic response to an incoming message from a client when all managers are unavailable.
