# Deny list

## To use the blacklist feature in the Whatcrm widget, follow these instructions:

1. Open the Whatcrm widget settings
2. Find the Deny list section

3. Click on the "Add Contact" button\ <br>

4. Enter the number of the contact you want to block
5. Click the "Save" button to save the changes
6. Once a contact is added to the blacklist, messages from that contact will not arrive in CRM.

#### Now you can effectively block unwanted contacts and improve your CRM experience
