Set up access to WhatsApp connections in Whatcrm web

To set up access to WhatsApp connections for employees, follow these steps:

Please note that access to connections can only be configured by the monday portal administrator

  1. Open the app settings

  2. Select the section of Connection access

  3. Сlick on the pencil icon next to the desired employee

  4. In the available connections section, select the numbers that will be displayed in the messenger for this coworker

  5. Save your settings

  6. Done. One connection is available for the employee according to the selected settings
