Installing the widget Telegram and connecting the number
Note!: The application works only in CRM workspace. To successfully install and configure the integration, make sure that you perform all actions as an administrator of the monday.com portal.
Open marketplace monday.com
In the search box, enter the name of our app Telegram by Whatcrm and click Install.
Open the installed applications section, find our integration and click the use application button
Choose a workspace - CRM and click Add app
Done. You have successfully installed our application
Connecting your WhatsApp number to our app
After installing the application you go straight to the application Settings
Click on the 'Create Connection' button
Open Telegram on your phone, go to Settings / Devices / Link Desktop Device and scan the QR code of your connection
Select a Group of leads where new leads will be received and Save the setting
Done, your Telegram is connected
