Are your WhatsApp chats failing to start with short numbers? 🚫 This happens because WhatsApp requires full phone numbers (including country codes). Here’s how to fix it in 1 minute!
Step-by-Step Guide:
Go to Whatcrm Integration Settings
Click the Profile Icon 👤
Select Pipedrive
Add Country Code
In the Phone code field, enter your country code (e.g., +49 or 49).
Click Save. ✅
How It Works:
Whatcrm Web will automatically add the country code to short numbers (e.g., 123456 → +49123456).
WhatsApp recognizes the full number, and chats are created successfully! 💬
Examples:
✅ Good: +49, 49
❌ Avoid: 0049, 0, spaces, or letters.
