# How to write the first message from Planfix to Telegram.
1. Go to the chat integration settings and click on the gear.
2. Select the last item "display the write button for phone contacts", select "Yes" and click "Save"
3. Create a new contact or select an existing one that has a full phone number starting with an international phone code. Please note that the use of username is unacceptable — a dialog with such a contact will not be created. If there is no correspondence with this number in PlanFix yet, click the "Write" button and select our integration from the drop-down list.
