# WhatsApp Cloud

1. Go to the Marketplace of your CRM system and enter WhatsApp from Whatcrm in the search engine.

2. Install the WhatsApp application from Whatcrm.<br>

3. The application is ready to use.
4. Go to your personal Whatcrm Web account and click Add Connection.

5. Select the “WhatsApp Cloud API” application.

6. Enter the name of this connection.

7. Save this data for further synchronization in your Meta Business Suite account.

8. Create a WhatsApp account
9. In the app settings, add WhatsApp. To do this:

   1\) In the menu on the left, click **Dashboard**.

   2\)  Click the "Add Product" button.&#x20;

10. Go to the **System Users** menu, select the system user and click **Generate New Token**.

11.Next, select the app.

10. Select the token validity period.

11. Next, select the permissions as shown in the screenshot.

\- business\_management

12. &#x20;In the next window of the created token, copy and save the token.

13. Go to the section "Account tools" next "Phone numbers"  and click the button "Add phone number"

14. Enter your account details.

15. Add your phone number and click next.

16. When the status changes to verified, the phone number will be active.

17. Copy your token from step 12 and paste it into your connection settings in your Whatcrm Web personal account.

18. Go to WhatsApp, then Api Setup, and copy your phone number ID and WhatsApp Business Account ID and paste it into your connection settings in your Whatcrm Web personal account.<br>

19. After creating the connection, be sure to specify the webhook link and our token on the Quickstart - Configuration page in the WhatsApp product.
