Recommendations for stable work with WhatsApp

To ensure stable operation of the WhatsApp integration, follow these recommendations:

  1. Use your phone exclusively for WhatsApp integration and do not run other applications or functions while working with the integration.

  2. Disable all power-saving modes and allow WhatsApp to run in the background. Instructions for enabling background mode can be found for your specific phone model via a Google search.

  3. Ensure that your phone is always connected to a network and has internet access. It is recommended to use simultaneous connections to mobile data (4G) and Wi-Fi to compensate for potential issues in one of the networks.

  4. Maintain a constant charging source for your phone. If the battery charge becomes low, applications may malfunction or restrict internet access. It is recommended to keep the phone connected to a charger at all times.

  5. Open the WhatsApp application once a week.

  6. Do not turn off the phone.

By following these recommendations, you will enhance the stability of the WhatsApp integration and minimize potential connectivity and usage issues.
