# Лимиты телеграм

### <mark style="color:orange;">**Лимит на добавление новых контактов**</mark>&#x20;

Если вы инициируете первый контакт с клиентом в CRM, модуль интеграции добавляет новый контакт в ваш аккаунт. Тем не менее Telegram установил ограничения на нештатные интеграции, позволяющие добавлять не более 15 контактов в сутки.\
\
Если вы постепенно добавляете контакты в течение дня, то это не вызовет проблем с ограничениями. Однако, если вы достигли лимита на добавление контактов за сутки, то вы сможете добавлять не более 5 контактов в день, пока лимит не будет сброшен на следующий день.

Заголовки медиафайлов и файлов в Telegram в настоящее время  могут содержать до 1024 символов. Для премиум аккаунтов этот лимит увеличен до 2048 символов.\
