# Instalación y Conexión

1. Abre el marketplace de Bitrix24 y en el campo de búsqueda escribe el nombre de la aplicación "Whatcrm". Selecciona WhatsApp de la lista y haz clic en **Instalar**.<br>

2. Marca las casillas para confirmar que has leído el acuerdo de licencia y la política de privacidad, y haz clic en **Instalar**.<br>

3. Haz clic en el botón **Abrir aplicación**.<br>

5. Abre la aplicación móvil de WhatsApp y escanea el código QR en la configuración de conexión.<br>

6. En la configuración de conexión, selecciona la línea abierta deseada, o crea una nueva línea haciendo clic en el botón **Agregar nueva línea**, y haz clic en **Guardar**.<br>
