1. Зайдите в раздел "Управление аккаунтом"
2. Далее в раздел "Объекты" и выбираем "Стандартный"

3. Далее в "Стандартном объекте" выбираем "Автоматичекие сценарии" и нажимаем кнопку "Новый сценарий"
