# Оценка качества

1. **Перейдите в раздел Контакт-центр**:

* Войдите в ваш аккаунт Битрикс24.
* В левом меню выберите раздел **Контакт-центр**.

2. **Выберите приложение Whatcrm WhatsApp**:

* В списке приложений найдите плитку с названием **Whatcrm WhatsApp** и нажмите на неё.<br>

3. **Выберите нужную Открытую линию**:

* Найдите и выберите открытую линию, которую вы хотите настроить.
* В интерфейсе управления линией нажмите кнопку **Настроить**.<br>

* В настройках откройте раздел **Оценка качества**.
* Снимите галочку напротив опции **Отправлять запрос клиенту на оценку**.<br>

4. **Нажмите кнопку Сохранить, чтобы применить изменения.**
5. **Готово.**
