# Настройка открытой линии

## <mark style="color:orange;">**Настройка распределения входящих сообщений по сотрудникам в Битрикс24**</mark>

1. Зайдите в раздел  `Контакт - центр`  и найдите плитку с нашим приложением WhatsApp\

2. Выбирайте линию которая привязана к номеру и нажмите `Настроить`\ <br>

3. Нажмите на кнопку `Добавить` и выберете нужных сотрудников \ <br>

4. Выберете нужную вам опцию распределения
