# Приветсвенное сообщение 

#### Переходим в  контакт центр   нажимаем на плитку с   `Whatcrm WhatsApp`  и выбираем подключенную открытую линию

Нажимаем `Настроить`

Переходим  во вкладку `Автоматические действия`

`Убираем галочку с «Отправить автоматический ответ на первое сообщение клиента»`
