# Установка и подключение  WhatsApp в Битрикс24

1. Откройте маркетплейс [Битрикс24](https://www.bitrix24.ru/apps/) и в поле поиска введите название приложения "Whatcrm". Выберите  `WhatsApp`  из списка и нажмите  `Установить`.

2. Поставьте галочки, подтверждая, что вы ознакомились с лицензионным соглашением и политикой конфиденциальности, и нажмите `Установить`.

3. Нажмите кнопку `Открыть приложение`.

4. Нажмите кнопку `Создать подключение.`
5. Откройте мобильное приложение [WhatsApp](https://www.google.com/search?q=WhatsApp) и `отсканируйте QR-код` в настройках подключения.
6. В настройках подключения выберите нужную открытую линию, или создайте новую линию, нажав на кнопку `Добавить новую линию`, и нажмите `Сохранить.`
