# Whatcrm web messenger

Whatcrm Web is a web messenger that allows employees to communicate with clients using connected WhatsApp or Telegram accounts in amoCRM or Bitrix24 or monday crm. The service is also available for use outside the CRM system in combination with Whatcrm personal cabinet.

## How it works

### If you don't have a CRM

* Go to <https://admin.whatcrm.net/> (registration via email).
* Next, create a connection to the required communication channels and bind them to the service to start using it for working with customers

### &#x20;If you use amoCRM, Bitrix24 or monday.com

* Go to web.whatcrm.net and log in with your email from CRM users

### How to authorize in Whatcrm web

1. Go to web.whatcrm.net/login
2. Enter your email from CRM users in the email field
3. Click the "Continue" button
4. Copy the key that was sent to the specified email address
5. Insert the key in the "Key" field
6. Click the "Open" button.

Done. All connected numbers will be displayed in a single messenger window
