Whatcrm Web is a web messenger that allows employees to communicate with customers using connected WhatsApp or Telegram accounts in amoCRM, Kommo.com, Bitrix24, and monday.com. The service is also available for use outside CRM systems in conjunction with the Whatcrm personal account.

• Ability to configure employee access to connected numbers.

• Reaction to received messages.

• Filtering the list of chats by groups, channels, and individual chats.

• Pin important dialogues.

• Blacklist for unwanted contacts.

• Ability to send and receive files.

• Message templates for quick responses

• Deleting and editing messages

• Interface localization (RU,ENG,PT,ESP etc.)
