If you have been banned in WhatsApp

What to do if your number is banned in WhatsApp

Contact WhatsApp technical support with a question about why your number was banned and if it can be unbanned. According to our statistics, 50% of numbers are restored. On average, WhatsApp technical support responds within a day.

Attention! Even if the number is unbanned, connection on a previously banned device must be done according to the following instructions:

  1. Uninstall the blocked WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business application;

  2. Remove your Google account (disable synchronization with your existing Google account);

  3. Disconnect from Wi-Fi;

  4. Turn off the phone;

  5. Replace the SIM card;

  6. Turn on the phone;

  7. Create a NEW Google account and sign in with it;

  8. Install the WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business application using mobile internet;

  9. Register the WhatsApp number using mobile internet.

  10. Gradually rebuild connections: Gradually increase activity in chats to reduce the risk of suspicion. Do not immediately start communicating with all contacts simultaneously; only respond to incoming messages for some time (1-2 weeks) before starting new conversations and connecting the number to the widget

  11. After warming up the number, scan the QR connection from the widget settings.

Before connecting, it is MANDATORY! Write to the support service your domain or connection ID so that we can clear its history.
