Important recommendations when using Whatcrm

Whatcrm does not guarantee that your number will not be blocked.

Guaranteeing that WhatsApp will not block your phone number may include using only the official application, avoiding sending spam or unwanted messages, and ensuring the security of your device.

Warming up the number

It is necessary to warm up the number before connecting WhatsApp to the WhatCRM service:

  • after registering an account

  • if you logged into WhatsApp from another phone

  • if your number has been blocked and restored

Reconnect gradually: Gradually increase activity in chats to reduce the risk of suspicion. Do not start communicating with all contacts simultaneously; only respond to incoming messages for some time (1-2 weeks) before starting new conversations and connecting the number to the widget.

Why warming up a WhatsApp number is important

WhatsApp databases record the registration date in the messenger and your IP address. The IP indicates where you are located. When connecting to WhatCRM, each user randomly receives a personal IP address. This address differs from the IP address with the actual location recorded by WhatsApp. It is impossible to provide a relevant IP address for your region. If you connect to WhatCRM immediately after registering in WhatsApp, you change IP addresses in a short period, thus changing your location. WhatsApp algorithms understand that a person cannot change regions so quickly, recognize that you are using a third-party service, and send the number to be banned.

What needs to be done before connecting a new number to Whatcrm

Chat on WhatsApp from your phone in one week. 10-15 active chats are enough to warm up. Physically a week is enough to fly to another part of the country. Therefore, the difference in geographical location will not cause WhatsApp issues.

How to avoid being banned for spam

According to WhatsApp's policy, any numbers that automate work with the messenger in any way may be blocked, so we recommend following these recommendations to avoid a ban:

  • Send no more than 5-10 messages per minute, i.e., send messages in portions, not all at once.

  • Take into account users' reactions to messages. Usually, ten clicks on the "Spam" button from the client's side are enough to get the number blocked.

  • The presence of links in messages increases the likelihood of a ban. It's a good idea to use link shorteners.

  • Do not use identical messages.

  • There is no physical limitation on the number of messages in Whatcrm, but it is recommended not to exceed 6000 messages per day. If the number is higher, it is better to use several different numbers.

  • Use a device that has not been previously blocked.

  • Receive incoming messages. The more incoming messages, the better. Maintain a balance of incoming and outgoing messages.

  • Do not add users to group chats who are not in your address book.

  • Engage customers in communication, use interesting content. Build communication with customers so that they respond to you and participate in communication.

  • In case of blocking of the main phone number, it is recommended to always have a backup number to be available for communication.

  • We recommend using the business version of WhatsApp

Additionally, by following these recommendations, you will significantly reduce the risk of your WhatsApp account being blocked. It's important to understand that when using unofficial connections, WhatsApp may be blocked without exhibiting spamming activity, as the connection is unofficial.
