Whatcrm Web is a web messenger that allows employees to communicate with clients using connected WhatsApp or Telegram accounts in amoCRM or Bitrix24 or monday crm. The service is also available for use outside the CRM systems in combination with Whatcrm personal cabinet.

WhatcrmWeb Features:

WhatcrmWeb is a web messenger that enables users to initiate conversations from any connected WhatsApp or Telegram number (using the number or @username Telegram).

Key Features Include:

Custom Access Settings: Configure employee access to connected numbers.

  1. Message Handling: Ability to react to received messages efficiently.

  2. Chat Filtering: Organize chat lists by groups, channels, and individual chats.

  3. Pin Important Conversations: Pin crucial dialogues for easy access.

  4. Blacklist for Unwanted Contacts: Block unwanted contacts to maintain a streamlined experience.

  5. File Sharing: Exchange files seamlessly within the messenger.

  6. Message Templates: Use pre-set message templates for quick responses.

  7. Message Editing and Deletion: Edit or delete messages as needed.

  8. Voice Messaging: Record and send voice messages directly within the messenger for a more personal touch.

Please note that the web messenger feature is available on the Pro plan. If you wish to utilize this feature, ensure that you are subscribed to the appropriate plan.

How it works

For Users without CRM:

  1. Create connections to the required communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram) and link them to the service to start using it for customer interactions.

For amoCRM, Bitrix24, or monday.com Users:

  1. How to authorize in Whatcrm web:

    • Enter your CRM-registered email address into the provided field.

    • Click the "Continue" button.

    • Copy the key sent to the specified email address.

    • Paste the key into the "Key" field.

    • Click the "Open" button.

    Done. All connected numbers will be displayed in a single messenger window

Visit and register using your email address.

Go to and log in using your CRM-registered email.
