# Setting up the chat robot

#### Step 1. Open the deals or leads section in your CRM and click the Automation Rules

#### Step 2. Select the desired stage of the funnel where you want to customize the bot. Then click on the + symbol to add the desired trigger

#### Step 3. Set the necessary conditions when you want the bot to work, either immediately or after the required time.

#### *In the text field, type the message you want to send and click Save. In this robot you can send an attachment with a picture or a file you need. Copy the direct link to your file and paste it into the Link to file field, save your settings.*
