Setting up the chat robot

Instructions on how to configure chat bot in Bitrix24

Step 1. Open the deals or leads section in your CRM and click the Automation Rules

Step 2. Select the desired stage of the funnel where you want to customize the bot. Then click on the + symbol to add the desired trigger

This is an example of what our chat robot looks like in bitrix, you will have a different name. Choose the necessary connection from the list

Step 3. Set the necessary conditions when you want the bot to work, either immediately or after the required time.

In the text field, type the message you want to send and click Save. In this robot you can send an attachment with a picture or a file you need. Copy the direct link to your file and paste it into the Link to file field, save your settings.
