# How to start a WhatsApp newsletter with Whatcrm

Whatcrm allows you to start mailing in WhatsApp to an existing customer base from monday.com, provided that the customer's phone number is filled in, as well as you can set up sending an automatic message when a new customer writes.

#### Launching mailings to the existing customer base:&#x20;

1. In the board with your customers add a conditional group for example Mailing list&#x20;

2. Click on Automate in the upper right corner

3. Click on +Add Automation&#x20;

4. Set conditions: When an item is moved to a group Mailing list (group name may vary depending on your preferences) ➡️Send message (enter message text) ➡️ fill in the number (375256972858 for example) of your connection to Whatcrm for the Connected number field.&#x20;
