Limit on Adding New Contacts
If you initiate the first contact with a client in CRM, the integration module adds a new contact to your account. However, Telegram has imposed restrictions on non-standard integrations, allowing only up to 15 contacts to be added per day.
If you gradually add contacts throughout the day, this will not pose a problem with the limitations. However, if you reach the limit for adding contacts within a day, you will only be able to add up to 5 contacts per day until the limit is reset the next day
Media File Titles and Files
Currently, in Telegram, titles of media and files can contain up to 1024 characters. For premium accounts, this limit has been increased to 2048 characters
