What does the "Group Work" feature + activation of the setting mean

The "Group Work" feature is available with the Pro plan

Correspondence from WhatsApp groups is synchronized with our CRM. After a WhatsApp group member responds, a deal/lead will be created with the group name. All chat messages in the group chat are displayed within the deal (kommo) or in the Open Channels chat if you are using the Bitrix24 platform. You can send messages to the group directly from the deal/open channel or through our web messenger.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create a group chat in the WhatsApp application on your phone:

  1. Open the WhatsApp application on your phone. Make sure you are logged into your WhatsApp account.

  2. When you are on the main screen, find the "Chats" tab, usually located at the bottom of the screen, and tap on it.

  3. In the "Chats" section, find the chat icon with a pencil or the "New Chat" button, usually located in the top or bottom corner of the screen, and tap on it.

  4. Next, you will see a list of your contacts. Tap on the contacts you want to add to the group chat. You can select multiple contacts by tapping on each one.

  5. After selecting the contacts, find the option to create a group chat. It is usually labeled as "New Group" or "Create Group". Tap on it.

  6. You will be asked to set a group subject (name) and, optionally, add an icon or photo for the group. Enter a name for your group in the provided field.

  7. Once you have set the group name, tap the "Create" button or icon. This will create your group chat with the selected contacts.

  8. You will be redirected to the newly created group chat where you can start sending messages, photos, videos, or any other media to all group members.

That's it! You have successfully created a group chat in the WhatsApp application on your phone.
