Deny list

To use the blacklist feature in the Whatcrm widget, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Whatcrm widget settings

  2. Find the Deny list section

  3. Click on the "Add Contact" button

  4. Enter the number of the contact you want to block

  5. Click the "Save" button to save the changes

  6. Once a contact is added to the blacklist, messages from that contact will not arrive in CRM.

Now you can effectively block unwanted contacts and improve your CRM experience.
