Installing the widget and connecting the number
The application works only in CRM workspace
Installation
Open marketplace monday.com
In the search box, enter the name of our app WhatsApp by Whatcrm and click Install.
Open the installed applications section, find our integration and click the use application button
Choose a workspace - CRM and click Add app
Done. You have successfully installed our application
Connecting your WhatsApp number to our app
After installing the application you go straight to the application Settings
Click on the 'Create Connection' button
Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to settings / tether your device and scan the QR code of your connection
Select a Group of leads where new requests will be received and Save the setting
Done, your WhatsApp is connected
