# Planfix Automation Settings

1. Go to the "Account Management" section

2. Next, go to the "Objects" section and select "Standard"

3. Next, in the "Standard object", select "Automatic scenarios" and click the "New scenario" button

4. Fill in all the information:

* Select the "Recipient"

* Select "Phone type"

* Specify the text of the comment.

* Select the "Comment Author"

* Select the file you want to attach to the script.

5. Be sure to specify "Write to chat" in the script settings
