How to Add Web Messenger to Items in monday.com

Note!: For the web messenger to function correctly, ensure that the item has either a phone number or username field filled out so that the messenger can create a dialog.

1. Open the Item:

• Go to the item in monday.com where you want to add the web messenger.

2. Access Layout Settings:

• Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the item view.

• Select "Edit Layout & Content" from the dropdown menu.

  

3. Add a New View:

• Click the "+" (Add View) button.

  

• In the search bar, type "Whatcrm web."

• Select "Whatcrm Web" from the search results.

• Click "Add to Item."

  
• You have successfully added the web messenger tab to the item in monday.com.

  

Now you can easily access and use the Whatcrm Web Messenger directly from your item view.
