Note!: For the web messenger to function correctly, ensure that the item has either a phone number or username field filled out so that the messenger can create a dialog.
Open the Item:
Go to the item in monday.com where you want to add the web messenger.
Access Layout Settings:
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the item view.
Select "Edit Layout & Content" from the dropdown menu.
Add a New View:
Click the "+" (Add View) button.
In the search bar, type "Whatcrm web."
Select "Whatcrm Web" from the search results.
Click "Add to Item."
You have successfully added the web messenger tab to the item in monday.com.
Now you can easily access and use the Whatcrm Web Messenger directly from your item view.
