Attention! Even if the number is unblocked, the connection on the previously blocked device must follow the instructions:
Uninstall the blocked WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business app.
Delete Google account (disable synchronization with a valid Google account)
Disconnect from wi-fi
Turn off your phone
Change the sim card.

Create a NEW Google account and sign in with it;
Install WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business on mobile internet;
Register a WhatsApp number on mobile internet.
Warm up the number without connecting to the widget for 1-2 weeks.
