Attention! Even if the number is unblocked, the connection on the previously blocked device must follow the instructions:

Delete Google account (disable synchronization with a valid Google account)

Change the sim card.

Create a NEW Google account and sign in with it;

Register a WhatsApp number on mobile internet.
