Step 1: Install Whatсrm from the Pipedrive Marketplace
Open the Pipedrive Marketplace.
In the search bar, type Whatcrm and select the app WhatsApp by Whatcrm from the results (as shown in the screenshot).
Alternatively, you can go directly to the app's page by clicking this link.
Click Authorize to begin the installation process.
You will be redirected to a permissions page. Review the permissions required by the app, then click Allow and Install.
Step 2: Connect Your WhatsApp Number
Once the app is installed, navigate to the application settings in Whatcrm.
Click on the button labeled Create Connection.
A QR code will appear on your screen. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked Devices, and scan the QR code.
Once the QR code is successfully scanned, your WhatsApp will be connected.
Step 3: Configure Your WhatsApp Integration After scanning the QR code:
You will be directed to a window where you can adjust the connection settings.
Choose the parameters that fit your specific needs (such as deal or lead creation, contact assignment, etc.).
Click Save Settings.
That’s it! Your WhatsApp integration is now ready. You can start communicating with your clients directly from Pipedrive, using deals, contacts, or organization cards.
