Note: For a successful installation and setup of the integration, make sure you perform all actions as an administrator of the kommo.com portal.
Opening the Kommo.com Marketplace:
Go to the Kommo.com marketplace and enter "Telegram from Whatcrm" in the search field.
Select "Telegram from Whatcrm" from the list of results.
Check the box to confirm that you have read the License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Click "Install."
In the installed app window, enter your phone number and click "Save."
Accessing App Settings:
Option 1: Click the button on the left in the Kommo.com interface menu.
Option 2: Open the Kommo.com settings and select "Telegram" from the bottom menu.
Creating a Connection:
Click the "Create Connection" button.
Open the Telegram mobile app on your phone.
Scan the QR code displayed in the settings.
Alternatively, you can log in by phone number by clicking "Log in with phone number" in the lower right corner.
Configuring Request Distribution and Additional Settings:
After scanning the QR code, the settings window will open.
Optionally, choose a pipeline and deal stage. If these fields are not filled, deals will default to being created in the first pipeline listed in Kommo and at the first stage of that pipeline.
Set up the request distribution strategy:
Even Distribution: New requests are assigned to the manager with the fewest deals.
Random Selection: New requests are assigned to a random manager regardless of the number of deals.
Enable group work if necessary (see here for what the group work function means).
Set additional parameters as desired.
Click "Save" to complete the setup.
Done! Your Telegram is now connected to Kommo.com through the Whatcrm app.
