What to do if the menu is not displayed in the application (gray screen)

If after installing our application on kommo.com you encounter a lack of application settings and a gray screen, here are the instructions on what to do:
Go to the settings of kommo.com, navigate to the Integrations section, and click on Installed
Open our application and re-enter the number, it can be any digits, for example, 1234, then click Save.
Refresh the application settings page
After refreshing the page, you should see buttons and functionality to customize the app
If the problem continues, clear your browser's cache and cookies and re-enter your kommo.com account.
