How to Send a First Message from monday.com to Telegram via @username or Phone Number

Integration Setup:
In the integration settings, select the board where new items will be created. When a new contact writes, an item with the phone number or @username of the client will be created in the CRM.
Once the board is selected, the integration will automatically add fields for username and telegram_id.
Creating a New Contact:
If you know the client's @username, create a new item in the selected board.
Enter the client's @username in the username field of the new item.
Initiating Contact:
Open the item you just created.
Navigate to the Whatcrm web tab within the item.
In the web messenger, a chat with this contact will be created.
You can now send a message to the client through the web messenger or use automation for further messaging.
Important Note
Telegram has imposed limits on adding new contacts to your Telegram contact book for unofficial integrations, capping it at 15 new contacts per day. To avoid these restrictions, we recommend syncing your CRM contact database with your Telegram contact book first. Once the contacts are added, you can message them without any limitations.
