Whatcrm Web is a web messenger that allows employees to communicate with clients using connected WhatsApp or Telegram accounts in amoCRM or Bitrix24 or monday crm. The service is also available for use outside the CRM systems in combination with Whatcrm personal cabinet.
WhatcrmWeb is a web messenger that enables users to initiate conversations from any connected WhatsApp or Telegram number (using the number or @username Telegram).

Please note that the web messenger feature is available on the Pro plan. If you wish to utilize this feature, ensure that you are subscribed to the appropriate plan.
For Users without CRM:
Visit https://app.whatcrm.net/ and register using your email address.
Create connections to the required communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram) and link them to the service to start using it for customer interactions.
For amoCRM, Bitrix24, or monday.com Users:
Go to web.whatcrm.net and log in using your CRM-registered email.
How to authorize in Whatcrm web:
Navigate to https://web.whatcrm.net/auth.
Enter your CRM-registered email address into the provided field.
Click the "Continue" button.
Copy the key sent to the specified email address.
Paste the key into the "Key" field.
Click the "Open" button.
Done. All connected numbers will be displayed in a single messenger window
